agricole et alimentaire industrielle<\/strong><br \/>La nourriture que nous absorbons est devenue industrielle et mondialis\u00e9e, au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019essentiel des biens dont nous disposons\u00a0: elle est produite dans des exploitations tr\u00e8s m\u00e9canis\u00e9es puis elle est transform\u00e9e parfois tr\u00e8s loin de l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 elle est consomm\u00e9e, au prix de longs trajets et de manipulations nombreuses qui n\u00e9cessitent de faire appel \u00e0 des conservateurs et des emballages polluants, \u00e0 de la main d\u2019\u0153uvre souvent sous pay\u00e9e, etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3026a54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"3026a54\" plus juste et de meilleure qualit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-54f3764 e-con-full e-flex e-con comme les embl\u00e9matiques AMAP (Associations pour le maintien d\u2019une<br>agriculture paysanne). Et les citadins, en demande de nature, r\u00eavent tous d\u2019un petit coin de jardin pour retrouver le contact avec la terre et le go\u00fbt des produits du terroir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les politiques se sont saisis de cette question&nbsp;: la relocalisation des productions est au c\u0153ur des programmes alimentaires et \u00e9conomiques actuels. Sur la base d\u2019un apport alimentaire de 2200 kilocalories (Kcal), on estime qu\u2019il faut environ 0,3 hectare (ha) de surface agricole pour assurer la nourriture d\u2019un adulte, dans le cadre d\u2019un r\u00e9gime moyen (constat\u00e9) et avec le syst\u00e8me productif actuel de la France. Pour nourrir les habitants de l\u2019Eurom\u00e9tropole, il faut donc disposer de 148\u00a0227 ha (494\u00a0089 habitants X 0,3 ha).<\/p><p>Avec une production \u00ab\u00a0locale\u00a0\u00bb, cela implique de rechercher les produits agricoles dans un rayon de plus de 50 km de Strasbourg (calcul avec des surfaces situ\u00e9es sur le seul territoire fran\u00e7ais). Par exemple, si l\u2019on cultivait dans les parcs publics (344 ha) et dans les 2 grandes for\u00eats de l\u2019Eurom\u00e9tropole de Strasbourg (3771 ha), on pourrait esp\u00e9rer gagner en SAU (estimation\u00a0: + 1\u00a0600 ha).<\/p><p>Il reste de nombreuses inconnues. Notamment\u00a0: <strong>que produisent les citadins dans leurs potagers, les jardins partag\u00e9s, sur leurs terrasses et balcons<\/strong>\u00a0?
